Here we have a gruyere and onion soufflé that I made to go with some baby salad greens from our garden. The arrangement in the background is a collection of oregano, lavender and vining roses from our yard.

Ooof, I'll have to work on that.

I just sort of threw it together. Soufflés are a bit like risotto for me; I just make them.

I really want to do cooking classes...teach folks. It's just so much better than a piece of paper with some text on it.

Um, I would love that. I want to take cooking classes but I'm too lazy to make the schedule work for me. You should do a cooking club or something like that. Have an evening a month where a small group of people teach each other things they know how to make well. One night at each house once a month? I'm rambling, but, I hope you get the idea.
